I feel like he ruined my daughter's wedding. Everything he promised he was going to do was not done.
We also had problems around Russell's funeral. The whiskey that was provided was not returned, and everyone was made to leave early.
Based on these experiences, I would not recommend Allure Gardens.

I remember when we got there after the cemetery for Dean, you asked him where all the food and whiskey from the night before were.
That should not have happened.

That is terrible. It sounds like this happened to your family and to other people who rented the place too.
Everyone spent a lot of money, and families should not be treated that way after paying for an event.

How terrible. It was your mother's funeral, and no grieving family should have to deal with that kind of treatment.
It feels awful to hear that a family dealing with grief and sadness had to go through these problems during such an important time.

Wow, that is not right. I did not notice any of that during my mother's funeral, but it is upsetting to hear what happened.
When a family is mourning, they are not in the right frame of mind to deal with problems like this. It can feel like people are being taken advantage of during grief, and grieving families should be treated with much more care.

He had no class. With all the money spent there, he still had an angry attitude toward people. He rolled his eyes when asked for a drink.
No one should give that place a dollar.

I was one of the first people in the hall, and nothing was set up. Every time I asked him for something, he seemed angry.
Considering how much was charged just for the hall rental, the lack of setup and the attitude were unacceptable. I am glad I was not there when I heard he grabbed Jill, because that would have made the situation even worse.

He was very rude. A business owner should be grateful to have customers, but I have never seen a business owner act so rudely.

After reading Darryl's review, I agree that we should not go back there. If the family had to bring everything themselves, I do not understand why so much was charged.
That kind of service does not match what people are paying for.

I saw our liquor in the back room. Some of our food and cakes were also kept.
This was part of the same experience that made our family decide we would not use Allure Gardens again.

For Doris's funeral, the kolbosky that was provided was not returned.
That experience added to why our family feels so strongly about avoiding this place.

They did the same thing for Russell's event. The tables were not set up, and the whiskey that was provided was not returned.
It was a terrible experience.

Yes, he was the absolute worst. I had to buy everything down to the napkins for Sloane's christening. When I arrived, nothing was set up. Guests were already walking in, and nothing was ready.
He said he was providing the pop, but he did not want to give people drinks while they were eating. He also did not set up the food warmers, so the food was ice cold.
I even paid $120 for my own tablecloths and chair sashes. My soup pot was also not returned.

We used Allure Gardens for my mother's funeral gathering. It was supposed to be a two-day event, but the first day ended so badly that we had to find another venue for the second day within about 10 hours, at around 1:00 a.m.
When we first arrived, the venue was not set up as requested. Only about half of the tables had silverware. None of the tables had the bottles of pop we requested. The food was not set up, so our family had to handle it ourselves. The bartenders were pouring half shots even though we provided all of the liquor. We were also charged extra to run the air conditioning, even though it was around 115 degrees that day, and the units were unplugged throughout the night. The music was repeatedly turned down, and a bright disco ball light was turned on that was blinding people inside the hall. The ice machine was broken, and we were told to go buy ice ourselves.
It was one problem after another.
During the event, there was a spill, and my niece was cleaning it up. The owner grabbed her arm hard enough that she was left with visible bruising, which led to an argument. He also put his hands on my nephew. After that, our family decided we would never step foot in Allure Gardens again. Because of what happened, we had to scramble to find a new venue for my mother's after-burial gathering.
We are currently in contact with our lawyer and intend to pursue both criminal and civil action.

Tony was the worst part of my graduation party. He turned what should have been a happy moment upside down and treated my guests, and me, with a bad attitude.
I felt like I could not ask for anything or ask questions. Food was thrown away before I was even done serving all of my guests. A venue should go above and beyond to help people enjoy their happiest moments, especially in Las Vegas.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was very rude. The food was horrible, and they ran out of food.
The air conditioning did not work, and there was not enough parking.
Warning: do not book here. Trust the bad reviews.

Honestly, the owner seemed rude and overpriced. We brought bottles and decorations for a party, but some of the bottles and decorations we bought were hidden, even though they were not provided by the venue.
They kept saying everything had run out. I would not do business here again.

They reply to reviews saying they think the reviewer has the wrong place. This is definitely not the wrong place. I took pictures to make sure.
They were beyond disrespectful. During the quiet part of the ceremony, they turned up music in the kitchen and started arguing. It was unprofessional.
We paid for an open bar, but people were told there was no open bar. The boss was disrespectful. I strongly do not recommend coming here for any events unless you want everything to go wrong and to pay for things you did not intend to.

The owner was extremely rude and very disrespectful. He was not professional and needs to learn respect. It was hard to communicate with his team, and they were also rude and disrespectful.
We decided to have an open bar, but he kept opening and closing it. His team had an attitude while making drinks, and we could not choose how we wanted our drinks.
Overall, this place has a lot to learn about professionalism and respecting people who pay to have a special event.

This place is not recommended because they do not respect the contract. The air conditioning was not turned on, and it felt like a pizza oven inside.
Tanya did not want to adjust the temperature down, and 84 degrees inside is not okay. Do not waste your money on this place.

There is a large Habesha community in Las Vegas. I attended a family event at Tony's place, and Tony was dishonest, disrespectful, and unfriendly.
He charged for adding a chair or two, charged for lights by the bulb, and did not even allow us to use the speaker for our event. His business approach is not attractive to this community.

Do not book this place. Toni and his assistant were very unprofessional, did not uphold their end of the contract, and did not respect our celebration.
I originally thought Toni was a good businessman, but do not be fooled. He did not provide the proper number of chairs and tables listed in the contract. My family was charged $100 for 20 chairs even though we were promised 150 chairs, and only 130 were set up. Bottles we bought were hidden, and we were told we were out. If we had not counted them, we believe they would not have been returned.
We were also told we could use the kitchen to warm food because we had catering. During the event, the kitchen lights were not turned on so we could see if the food was warm enough. We also were not allowed to play music properly and were threatened with a $1,000+ fine unless the volume stayed low.
Overall, this was a terrible experience. Toni and his assistant put hands on my family. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They will ruin your event.

Do not come here. Upon arrival, the AC was 89 degrees. The owner had said he would lower the AC earlier in the day, but he never did.
We lowered the AC to 74 degrees, and an employee kept coming behind us and raising it again. This happened three consecutive times, and the temperature outside was already 110 degrees. The owner was highly unprofessional and argumentative. He said the AC was not working properly, but when we said there were two AC professionals there as guests who could look at it, he backed down and agreed to lower it. By the end of five hours, the room temperature was still 83 degrees.
The linens were stained. The owner said his workers would help serve the food, but guests ended up serving themselves because he suddenly did not have enough personnel. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.

If you are planning an event, stay away from this place.
We paid $2,400, which was supposed to include tables, linens, the venue, trays to serve food, a DJ, servers for buffet-style food service, table service, and a bar. There were only two people for our entire event. When it was time to serve food, the owner Tony told us he did not have enough people, so our guests had to serve themselves. Plates were left on tables for extended periods of time, and there was rarely anyone at the bar.
The biggest issue was the heat. We came early that morning to set up centerpieces and asked the owner to turn on the air so the place could cool down before the event. He said he would, but it never happened. We arrived before the event, and he still had not lowered the air. The venue was 82 degrees inside. We asked over and over again, but he did not lower it. Even the portable AC units were set at 80 degrees. Guests left because they could not handle the heat, and it was 108 degrees outside.
The table linens and chair covers were filthy and smelled like mildew. The gold overlays looked extremely wrinkled. If we had not checked before the event, that is how the venue would have presented our event to our guests.
We brought our own food and alcohol, and what was left was not returned to us. Save your time and money. There are better places in this city to have an event.

I have done hundreds of events in banquet halls and lounges, and this has to be the worst event space in Las Vegas.
Tony, the owner, raved about his superior sound system, but whoever hooked it up did not know what they were doing. It was a mid-level JBL Eon system, and it was hooked up in mono signal flow.
He also had five flat-screen TVs and did not know how to get them working from my brand-new, up-to-date laptop. This event space is not worth $3,500.

Total and complete disappointment. We were looking at venues for my husband's 50th birthday party since 2019. After speaking with Toni, we chose this venue because of his customer service and all the promises he made, especially the promise of a full refund if we had to cancel.
Our mistake was taking his word for it and not getting it written into the contract. Two weeks before the party, the governor shut down the city. We had already paid in full, but after months of back and forth, we were told we would only get 50% of our $3,500 back or we could rebook a future date. My husband was laid off because of the shutdown, so we really could have used that money.
When we finally had the rescheduled event in 2021, the table linens were stained, the silverware was dirty, and the flower decorations were dusty and had cobwebs. We brought our own wrapped silverware. The food tasted old, the macaroni and cheese tasted boxed, and the alfredo tasted like a frozen dinner. Most of our guests barely ate.
We were promised 100 free margaritas, but they tasted like lime juice concentrate. After the first drink, guests were charged $10 per watered-down drink. The birthday cake was dropped and repaired, and it was one of the worst cakes I have tasted.
It was an utter failure and an extremely disappointing experience. If you book this place, get every promise in writing or avoid it altogether.

Worst experience of my life. In 2019, we were promised a 100% refund by Toni if we needed to cancel our event for any reason. I had another venue scheduled but decided to cancel and go with Toni because of the cancellation policy he promised.
My party was scheduled for March 28, 2020. Then COVID hit. We lost our jobs, and the venue refused to provide the promised refund. I also had to undergo a $200,000 surgery with a significant deductible, and still no refund was provided.
Fast forward to 2021, and we had no choice but to use the venue. We were promised use of a limo as a good-faith attempt to ease the tension, but the limo never happened.
This is what $3,500 got me: dirty table linens, a dirty venue, dirty silverware, horrible drinks, a broken toilet in the women's restroom, subpar food, and a dropped cake. We were even charged for the "free drinks" that were promised to me and my guests. It was a huge disappointment.

This salon was so bad that I had to serve the cake to everyone because they did not serve it.
I also felt my family was taken advantage of at the bar. They opened the salon late and the service was very bad.
I do not recommend this salon for quinceañeras, weddings, or any other events. If you are planning an event here, I advise you to keep looking. I would rather have had it at my own house.
